This is the training schedule for our Location. More classes will be added as we continue to grow. We have a Full-Time Facility so we have the ability to do this easily.
You Do Not have to Attend all the Classes - Just the Ones that are most suitable for you.

Fitness Classes
Fitness Classes at our Calgary Location are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Evening. Daytime Classes will also be available in the near future.

Self Defense Courses
Our Free Self Defense Courses are generally held on a Saturday Afternoon. Courses can also be organised on a Tuesday or Thursday evening. Corporate Self Defense Courses can also be held during the day, either at your own location or opur location in the SE.
